有两个现代化的别墅建在加勒比海安圭拉岛的悬崖上，俯瞰着小湾。别墅位于首都安圭拉岛山谷附近，只有几分钟车程。据官方统计被称为安仁地产。两座现代化的的别墅，有一部分是出租的。拥有温水游泳池（全年开放），悬崖边缘的热水浴缸，屋顶休息室，网球院，高尔夫球俱乐部，悬崖边缘的的婚礼场地，与更多豪华的功能。
每栋别墅都设有5间现代化的卧室，特大号床，带淋浴和按摩浴缸的浴室。酒店还有一个游戏室，台球桌，办公，健身室，家庭影院等。

Officially called Ani Estate, those two modern villas are part of the rental property with the luxury features like heated pool, cliff-edge hot tub, roof lounge, tennis court, golf clubs, cliff-edge wedding deck (whoa) and much more.
Every villa offers 5 modern bedrooms with king sized beds, bathrooms with showers and jacuzzis. There is also a gaming room with the pool table, office, fitness room, home theater and much more.
