福塔莱萨楼设计来自著名的马尔西奥高根，位于巴西里约热内卢州，是现代化的海滨别墅。这个项目的位置本身就使得梦想中的家在天堂。海滨别墅位于仅离大海几米，这房子也适合的在森林中。巴西野生森林植被蔓延下山到这家现代化的海滩，在那里代表作为连接这两个自然鲜明对比。房子的设计是纯最小，混凝土和木材形成，与周围的自然景观很好地混合。形状是很简单的，几何的房子保持直线和表面上最小的。这个美丽的现代化的海滨别墅，室内敞开朝向大海和森林，保持这种野性的气息无处不在。


Paraty House is modern beach house designed by famous Marcio Kogan, located in Paraty, Brazil. Location of this project alone makes it dream home in paradise.
Located only a few meters from the sea, this beach house would also fit in the category of house in the forest.  Wild Brazilian forest spread its vegetation down the hill to the beach where this modern beach house stands as the connection of those two natural contrasts.
Design of the house is pure minimal, formed in concrete and wood, blending nicely with the surrounding nature. Shapes are very simple, geometry of the house is kept on minimal with straight lines and surfaces. Interiors are wide open towards the sea and forest keeping this wild atmosphere everywhere inside and outside of this beautiful modern beach house.
